Wellness RN- Team Lead- Northern Colorado- with or with out reasonable accommodation

Location: Larimer and Weld county

Hours: Part time- 12-16 hours/week

Pay: $24/hr




  • Works with staff and management to identify and evaluate clinical procedures and/or system functions that require improvement or re-design to assure excellent quality patient care. Coordinates with manager to assess utilization of services and access to care. Coordinates and communicates with management to develop and implement appropriate educational programs related to QI findings.

  • Serves as a resource to nurses for quality issues and coordinates occurrence incidents and reports with nursing staff and manager.

  •  Works with nursing staff and manager to identify educational topics and training needs for nursing staff. Coordinates with appropriate internal staff and external representatives to provide educational and training sessions for nurses.

Job Requirements-

  • Completion of an educational program for Nursing, approved by the National League for Nursing. Must have an active Colorado RN license or a license from the state of primary residence, if participating in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). Current CPR required.

  • Three to five years nursing experience as an RN, preferably in ambulatory care settings or home health. Experience with QI and implementation of educational programs is preferred.
