Work Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 8 AM ? 5 PM

As a Colorado VNA Administrative Assistant, you will:


 



  •  Provide office support, including computer work, file management, meeting arrangements, office system maintenance, and special projects as assigned.

  •  Organize training documentation and other materials for professional staff and managers.

  •  Communicate training requirements to employees and records training completion electronically to establish that all professional staff meet all training requirements.

  •  Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout and budgetary and personnel requirements, implementing changes.

  •  Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions.  

  •  Contribute to team effort of the home care division by collaborating and cooperation with team members and accomplishing assignments and producing results as needed.

  •  Assist with running reports of the home care department from electronic records and performs preliminary analysis before providing them to a manager.

  •  Assist in resolving issues in the department as assigned, utilizing professional administrative communication, analytical and computer skills.

  •  Type and edit correspondence and other documents in a timely fashion, exercise a high degree of organization, confidentiality, and professionalism.
